These Terms of Service govern your use of rimstage.com and purchases made from RimStage. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. You may not use our website or products for an unlawful purpose or violate any applicable law.

We may refuse service, cancel an order, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, correct an error, protect our business, or enforce these terms.

2. Product Information

RimStage makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, compatibility information, prices, and availability. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of display settings and normal manufacturing differences.

RimStage is a bench accessory designed to help shooters stage and handle rimfire ammunition consistently. It is not ammunition, a firearm component, or a firearm-safety device.

Compatibility references to SK, Lapua, Norma, RWS, or other ammunition brands describe compatible ammunition tray systems only. RimStage is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those manufacturers unless expressly stated.

Customers are responsible for reviewing compatibility information before ordering.

3. Product Use and Safety

RimStage products must be used responsibly and only for their intended purpose.

Always follow standard firearm-safety practices and all instructions supplied by the firearm and ammunition manufacturers. RimStage does not replace safe ammunition handling, proper firearm maintenance, training, or sound judgment.

Inspect the product before each use. Discontinue use if it becomes damaged, deformed, unstable, or otherwise unsuitable for safe operation. Do not modify a RimStage product in a way that could create an unsafe condition.

The customer assumes responsibility for selecting and using the product appropriately.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed through Shopify and its authorized payment providers.

5. Discounts and Promotions

Discounts and promotional offers are subject to the conditions shown with the offer. Unless otherwise stated:

• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Discounts apply only to eligible products.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

• Discounts do not reduce shipping charges or taxes.

• A promotion may be changed or ended for future orders.

Promotional and trial-priced purchases remain subject to our Return and Refund Policy unless the product was clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when RimStage confirms and begins processing it.

We may cancel or adjust an order because of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory problems, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or errors in product information. If we cancel an order after payment, the amount charged will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside RimStage’s reasonable control may affect delivery.

Risk of loss passes as provided by applicable law. Customers should contact RimStage promptly if an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or appears to have been lost during shipment.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the RimStage Return and Refund Policy. That policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.

9. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The RimStage name, product designs, photographs, graphics, written content, logos, and other original materials on this website belong to RimStage or are used with permission.

You may view the website and print order-related information for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, manufacture from, sell, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit RimStage content or product designs without written permission.

10. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a product review, photograph, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant RimStage permission to display and use submitted reviews and related content for operating and promoting the store. RimStage may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unrelated to the product.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use services supplied by payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other third parties.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. RimStage does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, availability, or privacy practices of those websites.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the website or products for an unlawful purpose

• Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information

• Introduce viruses, malicious code, or automated scraping tools

• Infringe RimStage’s or another party’s intellectual-property rights

• Attempt to reproduce or commercially exploit a RimStage product design without authorization

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for rights provided by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

RimStage does not guarantee that website access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee particular shooting results, accuracy improvements, ammunition performance, or competition outcomes from using a RimStage product.

Any statements about consistent ammunition handling describe the product’s intended function and are not a guarantee of shooting performance.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RimStage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or a product.

RimStage’s total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by the RimStage Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when our products, services, or legal obligations change. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Changes apply to future website use and purchases. The terms in effect when an order was placed will continue to govern that order where required by law.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho and applicable United States federal law, without limiting any consumer rights that apply based on the customer’s location.

Before filing a legal claim, you and RimStage agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly.

18. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any terms displayed during checkout, form the agreement between you and RimStage concerning use of the website and purchases from the store.
